CCBulls is a small kennel of Standard and Hybrid type American Bulldog, where the focus is on the dogs mental and physical health, as well as working ability.
I am selective on which individuals that are used in my breeding program and believe that all combinations has to strive for a goal in order to contribute to better the breed. Due to this reason I have a primary focus that the breeding stock is mentally tested, have approved x-rays, follow the breed standard, and are free for other known hereditary illnesses.
The goal with every litter is that the offspring shall be dogs with a stable mentality, dogs who are confident with humans, their environment, and other dogs. The dogs should be open and manageable as well with children and strangers. Since my passion is working with dogs, there will also be focus on working ability and the amount of drive which is needed for Norwegian dog sports.
I am very focused on the importance of embossing of puppies. All puppies from CCBulls will go through a comprehensive and planned embossing on everything from humans in different ages with different ethnical backgrounds, crowds, hand-picked adult dogs which behave perfect with puppies of many breeds, the town’s environment, stable, bus, train, cafe and forest. Introducing the pups to different objects, underlay and sounds is also a set part of the embossing in all litters.
Even though this is a big advantage for the mental development of a pup, it is also an extensive and time-consuming task for a breeder. This is the main reason why CCBulls is a small kennel who will only perform breedings where I have a strong belief in the combination and an interest in keeping the offspring from all breedings.
